I get a chance to work alongside C-levels, top management, and multi-millionaires regularly, and they’re some of Asia’s best trainers and marketers. Here’s what I have observed.
There are a handful of things that great people do daily in the morning and at night. They can be male, female, young or old. But they give and take, and always do the few things daily below.
- Writing Journal
- Reflection / Review their goals
- Exercise in the morning
- Pray or set themselves in a good state
- Express gratitude consistently
- Keep reading
On the other hand, I’ve noticed folks who don’t get a lot done in their lives, and the weird thing is they do none of the things great people do.
They do the exact opposite and are always too busy to do these things. Do you think there is a correlation? Is this a cause and effect kind of thing? I just noticed it is pretty much consistent and when something is that consistent, I would say that might very well be a clue.
